Sales Solutions Ltd is a Christchurch based training company, providing sales training and sales recruitment services to a broad range of companies and individuals. Our approach to training is strictly from a hands-on, needs assessed basis. We do not simply deliver DVD or video training straight from some guru in America, or even Australia. We evaluate the specific needs of a company, and will then work with both the Team and the individuals to build a much more powerful sales environment. We create a tailor-made program to improve all the appropriate skills and techniques, from telephone techniques, standard sales presentations, closing the sale, overcoming objections – even going out on calls with salespeople. In short, we help businesses turn prospects into sales. We will also find the right people to make it happen!!

Much of our national marketing has generated potential business based in Auckland. We are now seeking a business partner based in Auckland able to more cost effectively provide our style of training and recruitment to the Northern market.

Your expertise will almost certainly come from years of experience as a Sales Professional and/or Sales Manager. We are not seeking a theorist. You will be training from experience and a successful track record in sales.

Initially we are looking for a responsible person to take care of the Auckland operation, including marketing, promotion, training delivery and growth. You will be working with help, guidance and resources from the Christchurch office. Alternatively, there may be an opportunity to acquire the Auckland license for Sales Solutions.

Retail Training Consultant

We are currently seeking to add strength to our Christchurch operation with the appointment
of a person to take charge of the huge potential available in the retail sector.

Ideally, the successful applicant will be able to bring:

u Several years experience at a senior level in a retail environment

u Training experience

u Preferably some experience in a consultancy role, working with management to
recommend and implement positive changes

u Sales experience in a non-retail role

Sales Trainer (Seminars)

Our training has, primarily, been specific to an organisation's requirements, and usually in-house. We have, however, received a high level of enquiry for sales training seminars, open to the public, and often undertaken at the initiative and cost of the individual salesperson.

To this end we are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer and Coach, capable of running series of such seminars, pitched at varying levels of prior experience and expertise.
