Sales Profile Test This on-line test is not just a personality test. This is a measure of the sales skills and abilities of the individual. Many of our candidates and clients attest to the fact that it is “spookily accurate”! The Questionnaire The questionnaire consists of 75 short questions about daily and working life (duration: approximately 15-30 minutes). Some questions require the candidate to consider a business relation context. Customised Report The report provides a profile of the individual based on 9 behavioural traits and three key dimensions: Client Relations, "Business Development", and "Field Sales". It compares the results to eight business sales categories, rating (on a 1 – 100 scale) the candidate’s suitability for each: - B2B sales force, It can also be used to identify areas of strength and/or weakness in existing members of your sales Team, and allow you to target specific training needs.
